Our organisation commissioned {ADR Resolutions} to investigate a complex whistle-blowing complaint comprising a number of interrelated areas. They responded very quickly and kept (me) fully informed throughout. They were very supportive to (me) and the complainant also found (their) response to be quick and conducted with speed and care. They were also available for support once the report was issued. In my experience this is unusual and most welcome.
