Our Restorative Policy promises to be fair, kind, and honest when resolving disputes or conflicts and to handle matters in a way that demonstrates our concern, makes it happen, and enables us all to perform at our highest level.
It can be used to address a variety of issues, including more serious accusations that would often have been handled via the disciplinary process, as well as complaints, problems, disagreements, and conflicts. It can also be used to resolve inappropriate behaviour, bullying, and harassment.
Additionally, it can be used to settle conflicts amongst co-workers' and inside project teams.
