COURSE STRUCTURE
Day One: You will learn the legal and regulatory requirements for conducting workplace investigations.
Day Two: Advanced investigative interviewing techniques, using practical scenarios.
Day Three: Collating evidence and compiling a comprehensive, evidence-based, outcome report and findings.
